In the historic center of Portoferraio, we offer a terraced house with a fantastic breathtaking view of the old port and the entire gulf.

The property, free on three sides, is spread over two floors.

On the basement floor, with independent access, there is a storage room with a service bathroom. On the ground floor, near the entrance, there is a storage room.

Climbing the private staircase, you reach the first floor, which consists of two mirror-image apartments, both two-room units, comprising a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Continuing up the stairs, you reach the second floor, which includes a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace from which you can admire much of the historic center, the Darsena, and the entire Gulf of Portoferraio, stretching to the horizon as far as the town of Capoliveri.
