The farmhouse is surrounded by cultivated land and Mediterranean shrubbery, offering views of Capoliveri, Mola Plain, and the Gulf of Stella. Its location allows you to reach the characteristic towns of Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro, as well as their beaches, in just a few minutes by car.

The property consists of 4 apartments, each with its own entrance, accommodating up to a maximum of 6 people.

This apartment is divided into two units. The first is a very spacious studio with the possibility of creating a bedroom. The second apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms. The two apartments can be connected by simply opening an internal door.
