Residential Port De Pollença Spain

Pollença sits at the northern tip of Mallorca, framed by the Serra de Tramuntana mountains and the bay that shares its name. The old town, known as El Vilà, is one of the most architecturally intact historic centres on the island, built around a Roman bridge, a medieval parish church, and the famous Calvari staircase of 365 steps. It draws a discerning international community without the commercial density of Palma or the resort character of the south coast.

Daily life centres on the Plaça Major, where the Sunday market has run for centuries. Celler La Parra and Il Giardino are reliable dining options in town. The Port de Pollença marina and beach are a ten-minute drive. Formentor peninsula and its beach are roughly 25 kilometres away.

Palma de Mallorca is approximately 55 kilometres south, around 50 minutes by car via the MA-13 motorway. Palma Airport handles direct flights to most major European cities year-round, with journey time from Pollença of roughly one hour. There is no rail connection to the north of the island, so a car is essential. Ferry services from Palma connect to Barcelona, Valencia, and Ibiza.
