The large double bedroom with private bathroom can accommodate 3 people, as it has a double bed (or two single beds) and a sofa bed. Maximum capacity of the property is 7 people.

It consists of the same plot as other divisions, but they are completely separate with their privacy.

The house has its own entrance and is in an area with easy parking. In addition to having a large terrace perfect for sunbathing, having breakfast or relaxing watching the boats go by.

The kitchen is completely renovated and equipped with crockery, as well as high-quality appliances. The master bedroom and the living room have hot and cold air conditioning, as well as a fireplace in the kitchen.

A 1-month deposit is required and it is available to rent for a maximum period of 11 months.
