The complex consists of a building, a swimming pool and about 20,000 m2 of land ideal for cultivation of extra virgin olive oil. It already has 750 plants in production that provide 50-60 quintals of olives of excellent quality.

The building is independent, dating back to 1000. Originally it was used for agricultural purposes, being a part of a village of 5 units. It is located on a hill, in a dominant position in the valley.

The complex was completely renovated in 2008.

It is divided into two units: a main house of 270 m2 and a barn of 70 m2 (340m2 in total). The units are independent but they are connected by two soundproof doors of plasterboard.

The main house has a terrace of 70m2 with a view. Below there is a place used as tanks for collecting rainwater and as a storage room for garden and pool equipment.

The main house includes a large reception room which is adjacent to a luxurious dining-room for 12 people with a renovated kitchen with a fireplace and Palazzetti wood oven for delicious roasts and pizzas. The kitchen brings you to the cellar with an ancient well – a useful place for storing oil and wine.

Also, from the kitchen you can get to a mezzanine with a living-room, study and bar (placed inside the ancient well).

Upstairs from another entrance, on the ground floor, on the right there are 2 double bedrooms and a single room with air conditioning and a bathroom. On the left there are a double bedroom with a living-room, large dressing-room, laundry and technical room with a boiler, and luxurious bathroom.

The abovementioned bathrooms have floors with iroko parquet and white porcelain tiles.

The adjoining barn has a pergola of 30m2 overlooking the swimming pool.

There are an independent entrance, kitchen with a living-room and bathroom. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a sitting area.

All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The units have 2 independents wi-fi connections.

The house and the barn are also equipped with a new security system.

The swimming pool has the size of 13x6 and is 1.8m deep. The pool edge is made of stone. The pool is enclosed with a hedge of laurel respecting the surrounding landscape. The pool is equipped with a shower and a foot-washer. Besides, it is equipped with 2 garages, one for the pump and sand cleaning, the other for a new chlorination system.
