This country estate is located on a plot spanning over 700,000 m2, near Lluc.

Nestled between mountains and fields, the property boasts olive, carob, almond, and other fruit trees. Outdoors, the estate is equipped with a spring, two wells, and a cistern, ensuring a constant supply of fresh water. The stone walls are immaculately maintained. Fully fenced, the property is situated in the Sierra de Tramuntana, one of the most pristine and well-preserved areas on the island. The climate and soil fertility make it ideal for vine cultivation.

The house, with a history spanning over 200 years, spans three floors. The roof was renovated in 2019. The first floor features two kitchens, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious entrance separated by an archway leading to a staircase to the second floor. Here, there are five bedrooms, a living room, an old kitchen, a pantry, and another bathroom. The third and final floor consists of two open rooms with numerous windows, which were renovated in 2019.

A property steeped in history, a visit transports you back in time!

Escorca is the least populated municipality in Mallorca and one of the most sparsely settled in all of Spain, occupying a vast stretch of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range in the island’s northwest interior. The area is defined by dramatic limestone peaks, ancient terraced hillsides, and dense holm oak forest. At its heart lies the Monastery of Lluc, Mallorca’s most significant religious and cultural site, which has drawn pilgrims and travellers for centuries and anchors the identity of this remote highland territory.

Daily life here is self-sufficient and rural by nature. The village of Pollensa, with its weekly Sunday market, restaurants along Plaça Major, and independent shops, is approximately 20 kilometres away. Soller, accessible via the mountain road through the Tramuntana, offers a broader range of services including a weekly market and established dining options.

Palma de Mallorca is roughly 40 kilometres south, reachable in under an hour by car via the MA-10 coastal mountain road or the inland MA-13. Palma Airport, which operates direct flights to most major European cities and connects onward to Madrid and Barcelona, is approximately 50 kilometres from Escorca. There is no public transport serving the municipality directly, making private vehicle access essential.

Apart from our property sales and rental listings, we also offer our services as a Personal Property Finder. The market often seems full of property listings but your dream home is not amongst them? This happens to many people. Apart from our online listings we have a selection of properties that are not officially listed on the market due to the owners requests for discretion. By using our personal property finder service many people have already found their dream home.

Living Blue Mallorca supports you from the very first phone call throughout the whole buying, selling or rental process; including viewings, negotiations, contracts, and even after the conclusion of the contract we offer an after sales service including the changeover of water and power supply, handing over the keys etc. to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.

We are looking forward to meeting you.
