A 1970s house with interiors inspired by Jacques Couëlle, set in a 4,000 m² garden and just 800 m from the beach, in Finistère . Set slightly back from the village, a small road used by local residents runs past a few houses before reaching the property. There are two separate driveways. One leads to the garage, the other to an area where several vehicles can be parked. On one side, three granite walls enclose the grounds and shield them from view and the wind. On the other side, the house is surrounded by a large garden with trees and flowers, as well as a terrace. A typical 1970s build, it is a three-storey property (including a basement) in an L-shape. The slate roof is gabled and features dormer windows. Windows with granite frames let light in through the rendered facades. The property was decorated during its construction in 1973 by a pupil of Jacques Couëlle, whose work is part of the architecture/sculpture movement, with its distinctive forms in sprayed concrete. Numerous paintings by the artist are displayed throughout the various rooms of the house. Set slightly back, behind the rocks, a granite rubble-stone outbuilding is used as a garage, workshop and games room on the upper floor. It is accessible by vehicle independently.
