Pisa Near the slopes of the Pisan Mountains there is a singular Villa, one of a kind, the construction dates back to more than a century ago, at the behest of a French heiress, who lived in the villa at the end of the 19th century, the who, as can be seen from a famous article that talks about the Villa, wanted to build this building in Art Nouveau style, reminiscent of the villas on the French Riviera, for this reason it differs greatly from the architectural style of the buildings in the area. The villa, free on three sides as one side borders an adjacent property, is spread over 3 levels for a total of approximately 650 m2 and is famous for being shrouded in an aura of mystery fueled by village folklore. Unfortunately the entire property is now abandoned and requires extensive renovation work, but even in this dilapidated state one can still distinguish the peculiarities of the various spaces, including a Japanese lounge, an Egyptian bedroom and a hall of mirrors, of which still today some friezes can be found. The property is accessed through an iron gate. A private road in the middle of an olive grove leads to the main entrance where the ground floor develops, once very bright due to the numerous openings towards the outside. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floors which house 10 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The historic property is also famous for having been frequented by numerous personalities of the European nobility, which is why original frescoes in fairly good condition are preserved on the walls. The location of the Villa is close to an important road junction, its singular characteristics make this important building suitable both for those who want to make it a personal home and live it entirely and for those who want to make a profit on part of the property, also making good use of the spaces exteriors dotted with numerous olive trees. The land that surrounds the property on three sides extends across the plain for a total of approximately 5,000 m2. Energy class: G. Ref. RV1082
