Die Villa präsentiert sich sowohl äußerlich als auch innerlich in ihrer vollständigen Schönheit: Die Wohnfläche beträgt rund 1.600 Quadratmeter. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich neben den Servicebereichen auch ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Fernsehraum, ein Fitnessraum, ein Billardraum und der Raum für „Weinprobe“.

Auf der ersten Etage führt eine große Galerie zu den Schlafzimmern, neun Schlafzimmer, darunter fünf Suiten und 4 Schlafzimmer mit ihren jeweiligen Badezimmern.

Die Weinberge sind im Chianti D. O. C. G.. Die Ernte der Olivenbäume erfolgt manuell und das Öl wird durch Kaltpressung mit Naturstein gewonnen.
