Organic Agritourism And Restaurant In Operation

Agritourism with an organic farm located in the hills of Alta Valtiberina Tuscany in the heart of Italy. The farm has been family-owned since 1800 and is currently active in all its sectors. Agritourism hospitality is offered in 10 stone real estate units, renovated, independent, and all with private fenced garden and autonomous entrance. It possesses all licenses and permits.
The 10 agritourism units are ancient rural stone houses, all within the estate situated in the context of individual villages, equipped with a kitchen, 2-4 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace and TV, autonomous heating with GPL.
There are 2 restaurants, one of which, ”La Chiesina”, is housed in a small church from the 1600s.

The selected Chianina breed cattle number about 150 heads.
The breeding of Appenninica breed sheep is about 30/50 heads. Stone sheepfold and barn.
Stable and barn for 8 horses, in stone and masonry. Paddock and 2 sand riding arenas.
The total agricultural buildings amount to about 2,770 square meters including stables, barns, workshop, and machinery storage.
