Pietrasanta House Villa

Single Villa located in the Tonfano area of Marina di Pietrasanta. The Villa is spread over three levels above ground, and is arranged as follows:

Outside we find a veranda equipped with a dining table which connects to the main entrance on the mountain side where a lounge awaits us. The ground floor also includes a kitchen with double access, also to the outside, a bathroom with tub and a double bedroom.

The first floor includes a large bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

On the second floor, attic, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Similarly, on the sea side we have an entrance hall, further kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms.
