We present an exceptional designer finca situated in the countryside of Mallorca, which allows you to fully enjoy the island’s inland environment and its breathtaking scenery.
The property has four bedrooms, one of which is attached to the main building and functions as an elegant guest flat. It also has four bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, an outdoor porch overlooking the swimming pool, a summer dining room with integrated kitchen, and a 36 square metre swimming pool.
The property has been designed with meticulous attention to detail, offering an intelligent layout that provides abundant natural light and unobstructed views from every room. An ambitious landscaping project has also been planned that will transform the estate into a true oasis in the heart of the island.

Petra is one of Mallorca’s most authentically preserved interior villages, sitting at the heart of the Pla, the island’s broad central plain. Sandstone facades, narrow lanes, and the landmark Convent de Sant Bernardí give the village a coherent architectural character that has changed little over centuries. It is also the birthplace of Fray Junípero Serra, the Franciscan friar who founded the California missions, a fact that gives Petra an unlikely but genuine international resonance.
Daily life in Petra centres on the Plaça Ramon Llull, with local cafés and a weekly market serving the resident community. The town of Manacor, the island’s second-largest urban centre with a full range of supermarkets, medical facilities, and retail, is approximately 12 kilometres east. The east coast beaches of Cala Millor and Porto Cristo are reachable in under 20 minutes by car.
Palma de Mallorca is roughly 45 kilometres west of Petra, a drive of around 40 minutes via the Ma-15. Palma Airport, which operates direct routes to most major European cities and handles over 30 million passengers annually, is approximately 50 kilometres away and reachable in under an hour. There is no rail connection to Petra itself, making a car essential for daily use.
