The main building develops over a total area of about 609 sq.m. divided into 3 units:

The noble villa develops over two floors with grand double entrance from the front and back garden. This hall leads to several areas of the house: 2 doors have access to a number of rooms now used as storages and cellars, which need restoration and that may be converted into exceptional reception rooms. A grand staircase in precious pietra serena leads up to the noble floor. To the right of the landing, you get into the large dining area and kitchen; to the front you enter the majestic living room with double height ceiling and an amazing stone fireplace, used in the past to warm up the room. It was probably the reception room where the most important guests were welcomed.

From here you get to the parlour, a lovely and cozy room, with stucco ceilings, now equipped with a piano and a few armchairs: it’s a more informal room compared to the previous one, where you can sit and relax.
