THE NEIGHBORHOOD: PELICAN KEY

Pelican Key is a hillside neighborhood rising above Simpson Bay, with villas and condos looking over the bay, the lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. Kim Sha Beach and the small Pelican Key Beach are at the foot of the hill, along with resort restaurants, a casino and a well-stocked provisioning store. It is quieter than the Simpson Bay strip and a short drive from it. Concord Residence units we list range from US$340,000 to US$1,100,000.

OWNING AND RENTING IT
