Conceived by Foster + Partners together with P Landscape and Upper House, the masterplan reinterprets the elegance of traditional Thai villas through architecture, landscape, light and open space.

Two sculpted towers rise from lush gardens and shaded arrival courts, positioned to maximize privacy, natural light, and panoramic views across Lumphini Park and the Bangkok skyline. Layered terraces, greenery and open-air spaces soften the architecture, creating a calm residential sanctuary above Bangkok.
