Located in the heart of Nahuel Huapí National Park, this 625-hectare plot, with more than two kilometers of lake shoreline, is home to one of the most exclusive and emblematic bays, accessible only by boat for twenty minutes from Puerto Pañuelo in Llao Llao, Rio Negro province, or from Villa La Angostura, Neuquén province. The plot is covered by varied and mature native and exotic vegetation; it has lagoons with surrounding marshes and extensive green meadows surrounded by shrub vegetation. It is crossed at one point by the source of the Millaqueo River and boasts waterfalls, streams, and springs. It is home to a wide variety of animal species native to the region (deer, wild boar, foxes, hares) in their natural habitat, as well as cattle and sheep. Additionally, the area is considered one of the largest bird observatories in Patagonia. The main infrastructure dating from 1910 has been maintained in its original state and consists of a main house and two caretakers’ cottages. Two additional single-family homes have been built over the last decade. In the lower area bordering the lake, there are corrals, chutes, and facilities for cattle and sheep.
