Dammuso Luxury Property

We are on the east side of the Pantelleria island. In front of us we have an ancient dammuso, a manor house that the owners have recently restored, with a best attention for the details. It is located on the hill in Khamma (a country village of Pantelleria), surrounded by an amazing garden with a variety of plants and flowers. There is an authentic botanical garden. Its many terraces are equipped to enjoy for a maximum comfort. You can enjoy also a panoramic view on the sea level from The garden, to the swimming pool since the famous arch like and elephant rock between Cala Levante and Tramontana.

The property consists of two buildings. The first of these, is the main house and the ancient part. We enter inside, from the terrace into a living area with a central sitting area whit sofa and two typical alcoves in front of the entrance. In one of these alcoves, we find a TV corner whit sofa and in the other we find a studio. On the right there is the first bedroom with its bathroom ensuite, on the left there is the dining area with kitchenette. The other bedroms and their bathrooms, are outside. We can find them on the right and on the left of the house. One of these has two beds, bunkbed for two people. In the same building, with external and separate entrance, we find a third double bedroom with ensuite

The other building, is a comfortable and spacious dependance with living room, bedroom and bathroom located about 300 mt at the end of garden. In front of this we find the solarium area with the large swimming pool (12x6 with depth from 1 to 3 meters) and a lot of spaces equipped with lounges, relaxaing areas with the barcebue and outdoor kitchen.

In the property, Last but not least, there are citrus grove and other fruit trees behind the dammuso protectedfrom the winds and also, a lot of service areas including a laundry room and a garage
In addition nearly, we can reach the village of Khamma, many services like restaurants, shops and other things

Ci troviamo nel versante est dell’isola di fronte ad un antico dammuso padronale, recentemente restaurato con buon gusto e cura dei particolari. E’ adagiato sulla collina nella zona di Khamma, circondato da un rigoglioso giardino con una tale varietà di piante e fiori, un autentico giardino botanico. Dalle sue molteplici terrazze arredate e attrezzate per godere il massimo del confort e del benessere, la vista spazia dal giardino, alla piscina al panoramico sorcio del faraglione sul mare tra Cala Levante e Tramontana.

La proprietà si compone di due immobili. Dalla terrazza principale si accede alla zona soggiorno con un salottino centrale e le tipiche due alcove, che ospitano un angolo tv da una parte e uno studiolo dall’altra. Sulla destra è sistemata la camera principale con il suo bagno ensuite mentre sulla sinistra si accede alla zona pranzo con angolo cucina. Uscendo sul terrazzino laterale troviamo una seconda camera con due letti ed un bagno, adatta ad ospitare una coppia di ragazzi.
Nello stesso stabile, lateralmente e con ingresso esterno e separato, troviamo una terza camera matrimoniale con proprio bagno. Proseguendo lungo un sentiero tra i profumi delle piante aromatiche, raggiungiamo la zona solarium con la grande piscina (12x6 con profondità da 1 a 3 mt) e molteplici spazi attrezzati con salottini, aree relax oltre all’area barcebue con cucina esterna.
In questa parte della proprietà si trova anche una comodissima e spaziosa dependance con salotto camera da letto soppalcata e bagno
Per non ultimo un agrumeto ed altre piante da frutto alle spalle del dammuso al riparo dai venti; vari ambienti di servizio tra cui una lavanderia ed un garage; oltre alla comodità di poter raggiungere facilmente il paese di khamma, i vari ristoranti della zona e le calette più rinomate dell’isola
