Villa Nerolia

A house for long summers.

Villa Nerolia is designed to fill up with people.

With children running barefoot through the garden, friends arriving for dinner and staying until midnight, music coming from somewhere near the pool, and someone inevitably opening another bottle because nobody is quite ready for the evening to end.

Set within more than 4,000 sqm of private landscaped grounds in Vourvourou, Nerolia offers 385 sqm of living space, with five bedrooms and five bathrooms — but the numbers tell only a small part of the story.

Fish on the grill. Tomatoes still warm from the day. Wet hair. Bare feet. Children eating first because they can’t possibly wait. Adults staying at the table considerably longer than planned.

These aren’t really amenities.

They’re the architecture of summer memories.

And Nerolia has been designed for families in the fullest sense of the word.

There are dedicated children’s play areas, plenty of space to run and disappear into the garden, and enough privacy for adults to find their own quiet corner when the house is full. A private gym adds another layer to everyday life here, while the scale of the grounds allows the property to feel wonderfully removed from the outside world.

Yet the sea is never far away.

Fava Beach lies approximately 1.5 km from the property, while Vourvourou places you in one of Sithonia’s most distinctive landscapes — where pine-covered hills meet extraordinary shades of blue and the little islands scattered offshore make the coastline feel almost unreal.

And perhaps that is what makes Nerolia different from the other beautiful homes we see.
