Campos is a quiet agricultural municipality in the southern interior of Mallorca, set among flat plains of wheat fields, salt flats, and almond groves. It retains a distinctly local character that separates it from the more developed coastal resorts, with a compact historic centre built around the church of Sant Julià and traditional Mallorcan stone architecture. Buyers are drawn here for its authenticity, space, and proximity to some of the island’s finest southern coastline.

The weekly Saturday market in the town centre is a practical anchor for daily life. The beaches of Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita are within ten minutes by car. Colònia de Sant Jordi, with its restaurants and small marina, is roughly fifteen minutes away. Palma’s dining and cultural offer is around forty minutes by road.

Campos sits approximately 45 kilometres southeast of Palma, reached via the Ma-19 and Ma-5100 roads in under an hour. There is no direct rail connection to Campos, but Palma’s train network is accessible from nearby towns. Palma de Mallorca Airport, the island’s main international hub with direct routes across Europe and beyond, is approximately 40 kilometres away, around 35 to 40 minutes by car.
