Son Vida is Palma’s most established private residential enclave, occupying a hillside position roughly four kilometres northwest of the city centre. Developed around a medieval castle that now operates as a five-star hotel, the urbanization is defined by generous plot sizes, mature pine and olive landscaping, and a consistent architectural standard that sets it apart from any other address on the island. Its elevation delivers unobstructed views across Palma Bay, and its gated character has made it the default choice for high-net-worth buyers in Mallorca for decades.

The urbanization contains two golf courses, the Golf Son Vida and Golf Son Muntaner, both managed by the Arabella Golf group. During peak season, frequency increases substantially, making the island accessible without advance planning.
