9/1/2023JE went to see the property; two duplex...one of them is with the topfloor...other one is split in several rooms which he is renting out for awful lot of money!...between 600€ and 750€ a month. the groundfloor he lives himself but wants to sell it and move up!he would alos offer the whole house for sale ; ojo! of course there are ilegal parts! second floor half of the bedroom and half of the bathroom are part of the terrace that surrounds the house....this part is ilegal. and ...why not...swimming pool is also ilegal!....distance should be 3 meters from the neighbours and that is not the case.
