Irrigated olive grove with local cultivation. It includes a building of about 300 m² used to store tools, machinery, pesticides, and fertilizers. There is also an area housing the irrigation filtration and fertilization equipment, with two tanks. The building is electrified, as are the pumps for the wells and the reservoir. Additionally, there are two small old sheds that once housed generators used for irrigation before electrification. The property has several wells for irrigation, but only two are fully installed. These pump water into a reservoir from which the irrigation is carried out. The farm uses underground drip irrigation, minimizing evaporation losses. There is potential to expand water resources in two ways: - Installing the remaining wells on the property - Building a water storage reservoir from a stream running through the farm. Approval for irrigation from this stream has already been granted to a neighboring farm, so the existing application process just needs to be continued. The total area is 128 hectares, corresponding to cadastral plot 5 of polygon 104 and plots 7 and 8 of polygon 105. It also has an attractive PAC subsidy exceeding €70,000. This is an irrigated olive grove with an average production of 7,000 to 8,000 kg/ha of olives and average net yields between 21-22%. Access is via the road connecting Aguadulce with Martín de la Jara. There is also another entrance on the Osuna to Martín de la Jara road.
