Opio is a small hilltop village in the Alpes-Maritimes, sitting at roughly 300 metres elevation in the hills above the Côte d’Azur, between Grasse and Valbonne. Cannes is around 25 minutes by car. The A8 motorway, accessible via Mougins or Antibes, connects the area to Monaco in under an hour and to Aix-en-Provence in roughly 90 minutes.
