Nueva Andalucía is Marbella’s primary residential golf enclave, built around the cluster of courses that make up the Golf Valley: Los Naranjos, Las Brisas, and Aloha. The area has a distinct identity, quieter and more residential than Puerto Banús immediately to the south, yet architecturally substantial, with large villa plots, mature landscaping, and a scale that sets it apart from the denser coastal strip. It is where serious buyers in the Marbella market have long chosen to put down roots.

Puerto Banús is under ten minutes by car, giving direct access to the marina, Michelin-recommended Dani García restaurants, and the commercial centre of Centro Plaza. The Golf Valley itself has its own daily infrastructure: the Supersol supermarket, international schools including Aloha College, and a concentration of sports and wellness facilities along the Avenida Naranjos corridor.

The A-7 coastal road connects Nueva Andalucía westward to Estepona in around 25 minutes and eastward to Málaga city in approximately 55 minutes. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international hub for the region, is roughly 65 kilometres from the Golf Valley and served by direct routes to most major European cities, with journey times from the airport to Nueva Andalucía typically under one hour by car.
