Structure and architecture:
Château de La Mothe, built in the 15th century. Situated between 2 pavilions.
The living space covers approximately 425 m², situated on a fully fenced terrain of approximately 7,727 m². All the frames in the castle are new (since the beginning of 2019) in Padouk wood and equipped with triple glazing with anti-burglary glass. There is a large terrace in front of the castle, 200 m² (south side), with brick barbecue and a romantic terrace next to the castle.

Rose garden with approximately 400 rose bushes. The chateau has a spring with a flow of 750 to 1,500 litres of water per hour, depending on the season. This spring offers unlimited possibilities for garden lovers.

Interior:
Ground floor:
Through the main entrance you will find a large staircase and directly in front of you, double doors leading to a living room (16 m²) with original tiled floors and wooden beams. From the living room you have access to the terrace, the fully equipped kitchen (24 m²) and the dining room (32 m²) with the original fireplace. The sitting room (36 m²), also with original fireplace, is accessible via a double entrance from the dining room and has French doors to the garden. At the end of the corridor you will find a separate W. C. A separate WC, a boiler room/storage room and a storage room which also has access to the garden.

First floor:
On the first floor you arrive at a large landing from which you have access to the east and west wings. The east wing contains a large luxury bathroom and three beautiful bedrooms, all with original features. The west wing contains the master bedroom (35 m²) with adjoining bathroom and another large adjoining bedroom (25 m²).

Exterior:
A long private tree-lined driveway leads you to the gardens which completely surround the chateau. Opposite the chateau are a well-planted rose garden, a fountain, a well-kept garden and an orchard which complete the panoramic view from the 200 m² terrace.
