17th Century Pazo in good condition in a strategic area of the Rías Baixas, in the municipality of Nigrán.
The Pazo is located on a fenced estate of approximately 30,000 m2, walled with a stone masonry wall. The original construction was commissioned in the 17th century by the brothers Juan, Gregorio, and Manuel de Puga y Armida, from the Armida lineage, until in 1852 it was acquired by the priest Don Benito Dominguez De.
The property consists of several buildings, an irregularly shaped building with three floors. Its facade features a corner window and a noble coat of arms with the following details.
Inside the estate, there is a chapel, a cellar, a granary (hórreo), a fountain (pilón), and two water springs. It offers a privileged view of the Ría de Vigo, from Monte Ferro to Cabo Home, and in the middle of the Cíes Islands. It maintains native plant species.
The chapel has an entrance with a semicircular arch, and the facade is topped by a bell gable crowned by a cross.
The property has multiple possibilities: residential, hotel, nursing home, etc.
