Rustic Farm Navalpino

The farm is located in the municipality of Navalpino, in the province of Ciudad Real, 200 km from Madrid and 80 km from Ciudad Real capital, in the heart of the Montes de Toledo. The total area of the farm is 1,800 hectares, according to the new measurement system of SIGPAV, where the farm is measured in plan, without taking into account the terrain’s orography; the area by this system is 1,455.46 hectares and the perimeter is 16,198.21 m. It is classified as an intensive big game hunting reserve and is completely enclosed by a hunting fence, with two access points: one from the southern area, from the Navalpino road, and another from the eastern area of the farm, leading to Alcoba de los Montes. The farm features a house of 727.36 square meters, surrounded by a farmhouse consisting of several rooms; houses, storage, boiler room, stables, barn, etc. It has 12 double rooms, each with its corresponding bathrooms. A spacious living room, dining room, porch, and is surrounded by a fenced garden, with grass and automatic irrigation. The house also includes a cellar and chapel.
