This large property is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Gredos, bordering the Jaranda River, the Valmorisco stream, and the Rosarito Canal, providing a great abundance of water. The land features variable topography with steeper slopes along the riverbed of the Garganta Jaranda, which runs through the estate; areas of dehesa with oaks and some cork oaks; oak forests and pastures, along with irrigated crop areas. Although it is not currently in operation, it was originally used for growing peppers and tobacco primarily. Currently, the estate is dedicated to hunting activities. It is an intensive big game hunting reserve with zoological nucleus classification. The hunting use mainly consists of driven hunting and stalking for trophies. It currently enjoys a stable population of deer, fallow deer, and roe deer, with wild boar being the main species. It has good access and a network of internal roads in good condition that allow for car travel throughout the property. Scattered throughout the estate are several water ponds, springs, and streams, and it has irrigation rights granted by the Tagus River Basin Authority. In one of the flat areas with access via an asphalt road, the farmhouse is located, with a total of 1,509 m² built. Both the main house and the other buildings need rehabilitation. It also has other houses for caretakers, a hunting pavilion, a house with a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, porch, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, in better condition. There is a chapel and at a high point of the estate, to take advantage of the excellent views of the Sierra de Gredos and the Tiétar Valley, a Galician hórreo, where an apartment has been installed. Near the farmhouse, the old tobacco drying houses, typical constructions of the region, are preserved. The water supply is self-sufficient from the estate, with a continuously flowing extraction well year-round. For electrical energy, the farmhouse has its own line and transformer. The property is located 178 km from Madrid, 15 km from Navalmoral de la Mata and the A-5 motorway, and 20 km from towns such as Jarandilla de la Vera, Jaraíz de la Vera, and Cuacos de Yuste. A magnificent property in one of the most sought-after areas of the incomparable Comarca de la Vera.
