THE ESTATE
The estate covers 153 hectares in one piece.
It includes approximately 15 hectares of vines cultivated in HVE (high environmental value), 35 hectares of arable land, 3 hectares of park with buildings, and about a hundred hectares of woods, a Provençal bastide, as well as operational buildings with an old wine cellar. The vineyard is located in the delimited area of the Protected Designation of Origin (AOP) Coteaux Varois en Provence.
THE WOODS
Total area: 100 hectares
This mainly consists of the wooded hill located northwest of the estate, covering 98 hectares, with a steep to very steep slope towards the ridge. It is served by paths and consists of a thicket of green and white oaks, under a stand of Aleppo pines, with a rocky bar to the north. It presents a hunting interest.
This wooded property is subject to a Simple Management Plan.
THE LANDS
Area of arable land: 35 hectares
These are cultivated lands or left in their natural state as meadows. The lands are flat or gently sloping, contiguous to the vineyard plots. They are irrigable by the Canal de Provence. All lands are classified as AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence (AOP CVP), except for the plots to the south of the estate by the stream, the southern part representing approximately 6.5527 ha and the park around the buildings.
