There is also the option to purchase the neighboring plot (Ref. 82811), which already has an existing project with the license submitted to the town hall and expected soon.
Purchasing both plots offers the flexibility to construct a significantly larger, custom-designed home.

Muro is a small inland municipality in the north of Mallorca, set between the agricultural plain of Es Pla and the protected wetlands of S’Albufera. The town retains a distinctly local character, with a historic centre built around the church of Sant Joan Baptista and a weekly market that has served the surrounding farming community for generations. Its proximity to Playa de Muro, one of the longest and least commercialised stretches of sand on the island, gives it a rare combination of rural calm and direct beach access.
Playa de Muro is a ten-minute drive from the town centre. The village itself has a butcher, bakery, and weekly market on Sundays. Alcudia, with its walled old town, marina, and broader range of restaurants and shops, is approximately eight kilometres away. Can Picafort is a similar distance to the east.
Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 60 kilometres from Muro, with a drive of around 50 to 55 minutes via the Ma-13 motorway. Palma city centre is a similar distance. The airport operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded connections from April through October. Alcudia port, roughly eight kilometres away, offers ferry services to Barcelona, Valencia, and Ciutadella in Menorca.
