Add to this the rooftop hot tub, five en-suite bedrooms, separate TV room and one of the most desirable ski-in, ski-out locations in Morzine, and you have something very special indeed. What particularly impresses us is that it offers almost everything you would expect from a substantial luxury chalet, but in a location that no chalet could realistically match. Properties of this quality and position are exceptionally rare, and opportunities to acquire them even rarer.
