Village House

Currently operated as a guesthouse, the house is backed by the ancient ramparts of the village of Mormoiron and offers stunning views of Mont Ventoux. Its garden, rich in Provençal species (cypress, lime tree, iris...) is a true haven for the heated pool framed by its wooden deck. The entire house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, and the 50m² L-shaped living room features a large fireplace. The six bedrooms (including one on the ground floor) are equipped with water points and toilets. The terracotta tiles are present on the large staircase that serves the three levels. This bourgeois house from the early 20th century has remained authentic and deserves some modernization work to enhance its volumes and organization.
