Moraira Villa

This impressive contemporary design villa is located on the hillside in the charming village of Moraira, a very quiet area with a beautiful landscape in the province of Alicante. The house is built on a plot of 969 m2 with east orientation and panoramic views of the sea. The design of this new build villa arose from the need to create a house with an elegant design, in which its inhabitants can enjoy the sea views from all the rooms of the house without losing the essence of living in a warm and cosy house. The distribution is divided into day areas, the ground floor, and night areas, the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. The house has several winter and summer areas where you can stay depending on the sunshine. The swimming pool is south facing and surrounds the living room so that the atmosphere is refreshed. With minimalist, floor-embedded carpentry, the spaces tend to be more connected to the outside and harmoniously integrated.
