Wonderful country house near Montuïri: an ancient stone house in pure Mallorcan style on a plot of about 17,000 m².
Updated in 2016, it features underfloor heating with a heat exchanger, which cools in summer and heats in winter, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms. An open fireplace in the living room provides comfort during the transitional seasons. The deep wells on the property ensure abundant water for the orange orchard and other fruit trees, and a greenhouse invites cultivation.

The circular terrace next to the 4x12 m saltwater pool offers wonderful distant views of Montuïri, one of the oldest villages in Mallorca, and the Serra de Tramuntana.
