Today, we are near Montreal, in a country house surrounded by gardens and land. In front, the pool occupies a large paved terrace. At the back, a shaded patio offers a quieter spot. You can choose your side depending on the time and season.
The stone, beams, and terracotta floors give the house its character without taking away its light.
The kitchen is a room where you can also have meals. Its exposed framework draws the eye; its glass opening overlooks the patio.
Next to it, the veranda hosts another table. Surrounded by windows, it connects the kitchen to the large living room and opens onto the terrace.
In the living room, there is space for a lounge, a table, and a billiard table. A resting corner extends from one end.
A second, more intimate lounge is currently used for television and as an office. It features an old fireplace and a staircase leading to a large room under the sloping roof.
The house currently has two bedrooms. One has a wooden ceiling and light walls; the other retains exposed stone and a beautiful ceiling height.
A spacious bathroom includes a bathtub and a shower and receives light through a glass opening.
A very large garage connects to the wine cellar. These spaces offer potential for expanding the living area (subject to necessary administrative approvals).
Outside, you move from the pool to the patio, then to the garden and its tall trees. The paved terrace is made for gatherings; the patio invites you to settle in the shade. Beyond, the view opens onto the countryside.
A stone house with two bedrooms, generous living spaces, a veranda, a pool, and several areas to enjoy the outdoors. The garage and wine cellar add possibilities to imagine for the future.
