Traditional Cortijo And Mill In The Sierra De Cardeña And Montoro Natural Park

The ancient Cortijo, surrounded by a magnificent olive plantation of 45 Ha. of the Nevadillo Blanco and Arbequina varieties of organic production, consists of two housing clusters and auxiliary buildings with a total of 886 m² built. The old oil mill, from the early 20th century, has been transformed into an elegant manor house located on a hill with views of a valley crossed by two streams.
The main house, completely renovated, retains walls of Molinaza stone, typical of the region, and has two floors with a spacious foyer, main living room, library with fireplace, large kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. A tower offers panoramic views of 360° of the Sierra de Montoro-Cardeña.
Around the central courtyard are the old production facilities, several terraces, barbecue area, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and a caretaker’s house.
