It is a fine example of a classic Tuscan stone farmhouse and it has maintained original features as beamed ceilings, terracotta floors, arches, a stone fireplace, an outside staircase and an enclosed courtyard. On the first floor is the original living area of the farmer comprising a kitchen with fireplace and four bedrooms. On the ground floor are stables, storage rooms and cellar.
