We offer in the Municipality of Monteceneri in the locality of Rivera, a building plot with an area of 2,618 sqm. A project has been drafted for this land to create a building for craft use distributed as follows:

• Maximum building height 12 m.
• Maximum building height at the ridge 15 m.
• Minimum distance from the boundary 5.00 m.
For the renovation and expansion of existing residential buildings, the following provisions must be observed:
• Maximum building index mc/sqm 2.00
• Minimum green area 40%
• Maximum building height 10.50 m.
• Maximum building height at the ridge 12.50 m.
• Minimum distance from the boundary 3.50 m.
The selling price of the land is CHF 2,100,000. This corresponds to approximately 750 CHF/sqm GFA.
