The farmhouse is surrounded by 5 ha of land owned which includes 1800 sqm of vineyards, currently abandoned but with a good potential to be back in production and many nice olive trees placed in the typical terraced garden around the house.

A project has been prepared for an underground cellar of about 300 square meters.
