1) A two-level farmhouse of approximately 500 sqm with 11 rooms used for: aging room, storage and bottling room, warehouse, office, dining room, storage, services on the ground floor, and living quarters with porch, living room, kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and storage on the first floor. The farmhouse has been renovated with attention to detail, preserving the authentic charm of Tuscan farmhouses: exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and typical materials from the local tradition.
