Montalcino (SI): Agricultural and wine estate with two houses, cellar, various outbuildings and approximately 104 hectares of land composed of:
- About 7.5 hectares of specialized Sangiovese vineyard grown with spurred cordon training system, registered in the DOCG of Brunello di Montalcino;
- 97.5 hectares of arable land with a slope from hilly to flat with average gradient, presence of skeleton and north exposure currently mainly cultivated with durum wheat, soft wheat, spelt and clover;
- Approximately 1.85 hectares of olive grove in production;
- Remaining land as coppice woodland.
- Farmhouse with two apartments of about 530 sqm with warehouse premises and a 38 sqm warehouse on the ground floor. On the first floor, warehouses of approximately 110 sqm, one apartment with entrance, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, study, and bathroom, and another apartment with living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, and storage room.
- Machinery and equipment shed of approximately 72 sqm in masonry;
