The rooms are fully furnished and one has a balcony. The apartment consists of three double bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and two balconies, as well as an attic on the top floor and a garage on the basement. Another working girl lives in the apartment, so we are looking for 2 more girls, referenced. Rental agreement 4+4. The fee of €430 includes the costs of condominium and heating. Utilities are not included in the contract, being in the name of the tenants.
