On an area of approximately 13,000 sqm, of which 5,240 sqm are buildable, directly on major communication routes, the construction of 1,840 sqm of usable space (approximately 2,400 sqm commercial) is permitted, with the possibility to develop: – restaurants, pubs, bars, meeting rooms; – hotels, residences, holiday homes with managed mini-apartments, potentially including a conference room, indoor and/or outdoor sports facilities, and an internal shopping gallery; – cinemas, theaters, ballrooms, nightclubs. Approved project for hotel and restaurant (both inside and outside the hotel).
