This residence, arranged over two levels, embodies a truly distinctive living concept, where the interior configuration allows the home to function as two almost independent spaces, united by a coherent and elegant architectural language. The entrance, located on the fifth floor, opens into a sophisticated reception area overlooking the level below. On this floor lies the first sleeping area, featuring a master suite with walk-in wardrobe and windowed private bathroom, a single bedroom with its own bathroom, a study room, and a guest powder room. The lower level hosts the main living area, partially double-height, enhanced by a large glass wall and two terraces that extend the continuity between interior and exterior. The separate, fully equipped kitchen connects to a laundry and storage room. Completing this level is a second sleeping area, which includes a double bedroom with private master bathroom, a twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite, and an additional guest bathroom.
