A rare opportunity to own a piece of history on Laurel Lake, a 33 acre kettle lake located in the hamlet of Laurel just 1 1/2 miles southwest of Mattituck. The structure was originally built as a ”hunting lodge” by the Beverwyck Brewing Company of Albany, NY and placed on the lake at the 1939-1940 World’s Fair in Queens to promote its beer. After the fair, the structure was relocated to its new home on Laurel Lake with 126’ of lake frontage. The property was extensively restored in 2019. You have to see it to believe it!
