D/CS2993 – Located in the immediate vicinity of the seaside tourist center of Follonica, along the Provincial Road leading to the medieval town of Massa Marittima in the beautiful gently rolling Maremma countryside, this fully and finely renovated farmhouse of considerable size is surrounded by approximately 15 hectares of land. Currently, the company is structured around olive oil production, arable farming, and agritourism. The farmhouse has an area of about 500 sqm, spread over two levels.
