Location
Versilia had its golden age between the 60s and 70s of the 20th century, in full economic boom, a summer holiday destination for entrepreneurs in northern Italy. Versilia has a coastal front of about 25 km, bordered to the north by the chain of the Apuan Alps, the treasure trove of the famous Carrara marble. Description
The villa is located in the northernmost part of Versilia, in a point free from other houses and where the pine forest is more luxuriant. An independent villa that rises majestically, towering above the bushes that delimit its boundary.

Than two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, another bedroom with bathroom and large covered terrace overlooking the sea.
