Villa Marbesa

Elviria-Cabopino occupies a stretch of Marbella’s eastern coastline that has long been considered among the most desirable addresses on the Costa del Sol. The area is defined by its pine-backed beaches, low-density residential character, and a consistent standard of luxury construction. Unlike the more commercial western end of Marbella, this corridor retains a quieter, residential identity while remaining firmly within the orbit of the city’s full range of services and social life.

The beach at Marbesa is within a few minutes on foot. Cabopino marina, with its restaurants and sailing facilities, is a short drive east. The commercial center of Elviria, including supermarkets and casual dining, is under five minutes by car. Puerto Banus and central Marbella are reachable in roughly twenty minutes.

Marbella itself is approximately 12 kilometers to the west, a drive of around fifteen to twenty minutes along the A-7 coastal road. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is approximately 45 kilometers away and reachable in under forty minutes by car, with direct connections to most major European cities and seasonal routes to destinations further afield. Gibraltar Airport is an alternative for certain routes, located roughly 80 kilometers to the southwest.
