The exteriors were designed by English landscaper Christopher Masson, who selected all the plants currently present along with Bourguignon florists.
The plot has an approximate area of 1,600m2, and the house with an approximate area of 900m2 is divided into three floors of around 300m2 each. It comprises five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, spacious living room, lounge, dining room, large kitchen, guest bathroom, and office. In the basement, there is a magnificent cinema room, cellar, laundry room, service bedroom, garage for four cars, several storerooms, and a heated saltwater pool.
The property’s engineering was carried out by the engineering company Proinsermant. It’s a mansion with Andalusian air and the charm of British countryside, located in a development with a setting of single-family villas, a five-minute walk from the center of Marbella, in an independent and noise-free environment.
