Nueva Andalucia is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, built around a valley of golf courses that has shaped its identity for decades. Bordered by the Sierra Blanca foothills to the north and Puerto Banus to the south, it is defined by low-density villa development, mature landscaping, and a consistent architectural scale that distinguishes it from the more commercial stretches of the Costa del Sol. The AP-7 motorway is accessible within five minutes, connecting directly to Malaga in under an hour and to Gibraltar in approximately 90 minutes. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is roughly 60 kilometres away and served by direct flights to most major European cities. Marbella town centre is a 15-minute drive east along the coastal road.
